Black Roster Our last day in Florence was spent going on a wine, olive oil and vinegar tour in the Chianti Classico region with Tuscan Wine Tours. Four of us in the group finished off a good 4-5 bottles of wine, tasted some great olive oil (my favorite was cold pressed in the traditional way), vinegar (Chianti version of Modena’s Balsamic), some different honey’s, and got to see many different towns along the ‘la Chiantigiana’.
