You are bound to get some attention with the story titled: ‘Digg Just Might Bury Slashdot‘, especially for the “tech savvy” audience. Digg and Slashdot are sites that provide story links, known to cripple sites with a rush of web traffic (Slashdot effect). Slashbot is adminstrator based whereas Digg is maintained by the community that uses it, so it is very Web 2.0 and catching up to /. quickly. From my personal experience, I no longer read read Slashdot but do utilize Digg on a daily basis.
